All items purchased in this store are carefully inspected for defects prior to shipping and are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
All Sales Are Final. We only accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must
- Notify email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Provide a picture of the damaged product. There must be visible evidence that the product was damaged in transit.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Dog treats
- Dog Chews
- Gift cards
Once your return is received we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
